Accept personal data treatment According to the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Law on the protection of personal data), I authorise [Trevi Village] to deal with and disclose my personal details in order to let booking, reception, and tax and accounting duties to be carried out. Owing to art. 7 of the aforementioned law, I have right to have them updated, amended or cancelled by forwarding a registered letter to the Management of [Trevi Village]. Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Law on the protection of personal data" Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003. 1. The interested party has the right to confirm the existence or absence of personal data concerning him/her, even if such data is not recorded and he/she also has the right to be notified of the data in an intelligible form. 2. The interested party has the right to know: a) where the personal data was obtained from; b) how and for what purposes it will be used; c) the logic applied when the data will be treated using electronic instruments; d) the identification of the holder of the data and the responsible, appointed or representative parties under article 5, comma 2. e) which subjects and subject categories may be notified of the data, or to whom it may be disclosed in their capacity as designated representatives within Italian territory, or responsible or appointed parties. 3. The interested party has the right to obtain a) the updating, rectification or rather, when he/she deems fit, the integration of the data b) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blockage of any data treated in an illicit manner, including that that does not require the preservation in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently treated; c) certification that the operations described in points a and b have been communicated, also with regards to their content, to the parties to whom the data has been disclosed or diffused, except in those cases where this is impossible or entails the use of means that are clearly disproportionate to the right it safeguards. 4. The interested party has the right to partially or totally object: a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of his/her personal data, even if they are pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the treatment of his/her personal data for the sending of direct sales or advertising material or for the conduction of market research or commercial information. Such rights on personal data concerning deceased persons may be exercised by any interested party. Requests made to the [Trevi Village], holder of the treatment of personal data, may be transmitted by registered letter, fax or e-mail. When this concerns the exercising of the rights of article 7, commas 1 and 2, the request may also be formulated verbally and in such cases summarised in note form by the appointed or responsible parties.
